Biography

   Arnaud ASSOUMANI is a French paralympic athlete from Comorian origine. He’s born without a lower left arm on September 4,1985 (35 years old) at Orsay, near Paris. Today, he measure 6,07 feet for 78 kg. He studied at the “Institute of political studies of Paris” and obtained a BTS montage et post production in 2006 at EICAR.

Awards

   In total, he has 5 gold medals, 4 silver medals, 4 bronze medals and scored the world record of long jumper (23,72 feet). He’s also knight of the Legion of Honor.

Projects

   In 2012, Arnaud Assoumani launched the Golden Arm project, a competition to «customize graphically» his prostheses worn in competition. And after that, he got a nickname, the”Golden Arm”.

    In 2016, he participated in the campaigns conducted by the Samsung brand as part of their partnership with the Olympic Games, and also co-creates a bluetooth speaker from the Oglo brand with the Boulanger company.
